Diocese of Camden Office of the Vicar Clergy
January 2019
Dear Parishioner:
Father Ariel Hernandez will be completing his six year term as pastor of Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Parish, Newfield. It is the practice in the Diocese of Camden to conduct an evaluation of the pastor before the Priest Personnel Board makes a recommendation to Bishop Sullivan for possibly renewing the pastor's term for an additional six years. The results of the evaluation will be shared with your pastor by the local Dean and a member of the Priest Personnel Board, so that he can hear about the fruits of his labors and/or to see areas where growth is needed. We invite all of the members of the parish community to participate in this evaluation in a spirit of prayer, asking you to be honest and charitable. All surveys must be completed within three weeks of first appearing in your parish bulletin. To complete the evaluation, please go to the following link. If you are not able to complete the survey online, a printed copy is available at the parish office. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/FrArielHernandez Thank you for your willingness to participate in this important ministry
