Faithful bless their labors, harvests in Newfield
Father Ariel Hernandez, pastor of Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament, Newfield, celebrated Mass on Aug. 25 in Bridgeton as part of the Summer Farm Ministry. During these Masses, blessings are bestowed on the farms, workers and the harvests they labor to provide. On Sept. 7, Bishop Dennis Sullivan will celebrate the Farm Ministry Closing Mass at Dan Graiff Farms in Newfield.
